his may sound like science fiction, but attorney Andrew D. Basiago contends it is science fact - that he was involved with teleportation and time travel, starting in 1968, as part of DARPA’s (Defense Advanced Research Project Agency) Project Pegasus. (see www.ProjectPegasus.net )
Andrew’s father, Raymond F. Basiago, a Senior Projects Engineer with the Ralph M. Parsons Co., took Andrew (age 6) to the Curtis-Wright Aeronautical Co. facility in Wood Ridge, New Jersey, to Building 68.
Inside “there was a device that consisted of two parenthesis-shaped objects about 8 feet tall, and about 10 feet apart.” When the device was turned on “it propagated a curtain of [light] energy that looked like
it was sort of falling between the two parenthesis-shaped objects.”
